I tested the Q 2400 on my apartment balcony where gas grills are prohibited. And honestly? The results are much better than I expected.
The cast iron grate is the difference maker. Just like the gas-powered Q, it retains heat and produces real grill marks. Steaks get a decent sear, burgers develop good crust, and vegetables char nicely.
