The biggest limitation on rib day is cooking surface — most grills only fit 2 racks laid flat. The Weber rib rack holds 4-5 racks upright, instantly doubling your capacity.

The Full Review
Rib day used to mean two racks at a time on my Weber Kettle — rotate halfway through, and it took most of the afternoon to cook for a group. The Weber rib rack changed that math entirely.
Four racks of ribs stand upright in the rack, bones pointing up. They cook via indirect heat and convection, and the results are excellent — not quite identical to flat cooking (you lose some direct heat contact), but the difference is minimal and the capacity gain is massive.
I've also used this for standing prime rib roasts, thick-cut pork chops, and even whole chickens (standing upright, beer-can style without the beer can). It's a versatile tool.
The main consideration is lid clearance. On a 22" Weber Kettle, baby back ribs fit perfectly. St. Louis ribs are tight. Spare ribs need to be trimmed or they'll hit the lid. On a larger grill or smoker, anything fits.
The porcelain-enameled steel is durable and rust-resistant. Cleanup is a quick scrub with a brush. At $20, the value is outstanding.
Who Is It For?
Anyone who cooks ribs for groups larger than 4 people. Smoker owners who want to maximize cooking capacity. Competition cooks who need to cook multiple racks simultaneously.
Final Verdict
The Weber rib rack at $20 is the easiest way to double your rib capacity. It works, it's cheap, and it solves a real problem that every rib enthusiast faces. Buy one before your next rib cook.
