Drip Tray
A pan placed beneath the cooking grates to catch grease, prevent flare-ups, and simplify cleanup.
Drip trays sit between the burner and the cooking surface, catching grease before it pools at the bottom of the grill or hits the burners. On gas grills they prevent dangerous flare-ups; on smokers they're often filled with water to add humidity to the cook chamber. Disposable foil pans are cheap insurance.
