A Pro 575 start-up is a chain of four things happening in sequence: the auger delivers pellets, the hot rod glows, the induction fan supplies air, and the controller sees a rising temperature. A failed ignition means one link in that chain broke — and the controller cannot tell you which one, so you test them in order.

1. Confirm the start-up basics

3. Prime the auger once the hopper has run empty
