The Weber Go-Anywhere has been in production since the 1980s for one reason: nothing else this portable grills this well at this price. At $45 and 15 lbs, it's the grab-and-go grill that actually delivers real charcoal flavor.

The Full Review
The Go-Anywhere is brilliantly simple. A rectangular steel body, a lid with two dampers, legs that fold down for cooking and fold up to lock the lid for transport. No bells. No whistles. No problems.
The 160 sq in cooking surface fits about 8 burgers or 12 hot dogs. For a couple or small family at a campsite or tailgate, that's plenty. The low lid clearance means you won't be beer-can chickening on this thing, but burgers, dogs, steaks, and kebabs are all fair game.
The porcelain-enameled grate is a nice touch at this price — it resists rust and cleans up reasonably well. The bottom and top dampers give you actual temperature control, which separates this from disposable grills.
I've taken this camping, to beaches, tailgates, and on road trips. It rides in the trunk without complaint, sets up in 30 seconds, and produces legit charcoal-grilled food. At $45 with a 10-year warranty, the value is absurd.
How Does It Compare?
